A concrete gesture for families in our region

In 2024, SR2 Groupe Énergies was proud to launch a Christmas basket project in partnership with the organization Fin à la faim, active for nearly 30 years with underprivileged families in Lanaudière. The objective was clear: to contribute to the well-being of the community by offering festive, well-stocked baskets to families who needed them most.

Solidarity and team spirit

The baskets were delivered the week of December 11, 2024. The partner organization handled confidential distribution to beneficiary families, while our team took charge of preparation and delivery. Several employees chose to take part in the shopping, assembly and delivery, creating a real moment of mutual support and team cohesion.

Complete, festive baskets

Each basket included a generous selection of essential foods and festive products: turkey, meat, fresh vegetables, desserts and gourmet treats, as well as a family gift (board game or cultural outing) to bring warmth and comfort during the holiday season.

A lasting impact in the community

Beyond the numbers, this initiative was a concrete demonstration of our social commitment. By decorating a truck in holiday colors for the handover, and broadcasting a video montage on our social networks, we wanted to inspire other local companies to make gestures of solidarity too.

Through this project, SR2 Groupe Énergies reaffirmed its values of mutual aid, proximity and social responsibility. Each basket delivered represented much more than a simple meal: it symbolized a gesture of solidarity and hope for families in our region.
